30-Day Quality Guarantee:
If your phone case arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund within 30 days of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement:
1. Email support@trendy-covers.com with your order number.
2. Attach a clear photo showing the issue or defect.
3. Our team will review and process your replacement or refund within 1–2 business days.

Order Changes & Cancellations:
Because production begins shortly after an order is placed, requests for cancellations or design changes must be submitted within 2 hours of purchase.
